How quick is my order dispatched?

All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days (Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays). During busier periods dispatch times may vary. This means, after you place an order it can take us up to 3 working days to dispatch it, and does not include the extra day(s) it takes Royal Mail to then deliver the order.  

How will I know my order is on the way?

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Then once the order has been shipped you will then receive a shipping confirmation email. (Please check your junk inbox if you can't find it in your primary inbox)

Please allow a max of up to 10 working days after your dispatch email for your order to arrive.  Please also make sure if you are instructing a safe place for the postman to leave your order, that it's enclosed and fully sheltered away from rain/ bad weather conditions. 

Please note - We cannot accept any responsibility for address mistakes including any spelling mistakes/ wrong house number. We encourage that you double check the address at point of ordering before continuing on to payment. If your order is posted to the wrong address provided, your order will not be eligible for a refund.

If you place an order and think you may have entered an incorrect address (this can be checked by your confirmation email) please contact us straight away, as we may be able to correct it before its dispatched.
